Working as a User Experience Researcher I have conducted research studies using various testing methodologies like Ethnographic study, qualitative and quantitative research studies, Usability study and many more. By combining my knowledge of User centered design, Design Thinking and Lean methodologies I make sure to provide the best experience to the end users.
Qualitative Study
Goal: To understand user reactions to the ATM prototype and understand their resistance to certain ATM functions.
Methodology: Empathy
Determine proclivity to use ATMs for depositing checks and cash
Tasks: Changing language, depositing checks & cash, withdrawing cash, changing preferences.
Heuristic Evaluation
Goal: To conduct Heuristic Evaluation of an Enterprise Social Network.

Goal: To understand user's behaviour and approach on their day to day money management approach.

Goal: To conduct a Benchmark Analysis of the client's website, its competitors and different versions of their prototypes.

Findability
Goal: To understand user reactions to specific font and button types, as well as gauge their performance using each.
Methodology: Findability
•Fonts: Reading time, Number of errors, Legibility, Elegance, Professionalism,, Attractiveness
•Buttons: Time to find buttons, Attractiveness, Color
Usability Study
Goal: To get feedback from users regarding the Credit Card iPad app, insights for future changes, figure out usability issues.
Methodology: Usability Study
Tasks: Check rewards, deals, recent payments, find transactions.
Speed Dating
Goal: To validate gamification platform for the Client and to justify multiple aspects of the platform.
Methodology: Speed Dating
Showed the users multiple variation of the concept and asked to do similar tasks for all prototypes.
